covid-19 protocols

Update (09/17/21):

Starting August 20th, 2021, we will be checking vaccination status for in-person classes and bootcamps. You will be required to show proof of full vaccination* and wear a mask in class (medical exceptions to this noted below**).

Here's what to expect:

  1. Masks: You are required to wear a mask for class.
  2. Temperature Checks: We will not be doing temperature checks. If you have a cough, fever, or shortness of breath, please stay home and seek medical attention as needed.
  3. Sanitizing: We will be providing hand sanitizer.
  4. Social distancing/physical contact: Social distancing will not be required. However, as much as we would love to go back to high-fives and handshakes, please refrain from that for the time being.

We will continue monitoring local and state guidelines throughout this transition period, and reserve the right to bring back restrictions as needed to keep everyone safe.

If you have any questions or concerns, please e-mail

Thank you for helping us keep our community safe. We can't wait to see you!

*People are considered fully vaccinated 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.

**If you have a medical exception to the vaccine, please let us know at You will be required to show proof of this exception via e-mail or to the trainer. You will also be required to show a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of the training date (PCR or Rapid Test accepted).
