By the end of this course, the learner will be able to:

  1. Identify 2 sources of speaking anxiety and practice 1 method for reducing the feeling of nervousness
  2. Demonstrate a "commanding" energy in the first few moments of speaking 
  3. Demonstrate connecting with the audience through 1:1 eye contact
  4. Apply at least 2 audience engagement techniques
  5. Practice the “All In” body language technique
  6. Apply the “Anchoring technique” to move with purpose

By the end of this course, the learner will be able to:

  1. Identify 1 key "persona", 3 persona goals, and major subtopics of presentation
  2. Apply the "Introduction Formula" by addressing the 4 "thinking styles" in the beginning of your presentation
  3. Recognize each element of the "SEED" framework and create 1 "SEED" for presentation content
  4. Answer the 4 questions needed for psychological closure at the end of their presentation ("Conclusion Formula")
  5. Identify the 2 approaches to creating presentations and implement the "iterative" approach to rehearsal 

By the end of this course, the learner will be able to:

  1. Apply the "The Arc" framework to the Personal Story and implement 1 Storytelling delivery techniques
  2. Apply the "Pain, Process, Gain" framework to the Customer Success Story and execute 1 technique to handle an objection
  3. Use the "Test, Goal, Result" framework to the Study Story and demonstrate "anchoring"
  4. Implement the "Setup, Story, Frame" framework for the Lessons Learned Story

By the end of this course, the learner will be able to:

  1. Show "Openness" with body language while under pressure
  2. Demonstrate ability to jump into a discussion to add ideas on the spot
  3. Apply a framework for adding "left-brain" and "right-brain" evidence to add value to a discussion or brainstorm
  4. Handle disagreement with open body language and respond with SRS framework
  5. Implement the "Redirect" framework for questions outside your domain
  6. Apply at least 1 of the "Buy Time" techniques to reduce impulsive responses

By the end of this course, the learner will be able to:

  1. Identify 7 key unique leadership qualities in themselves
  2. Practice a "commanding tone" when speaking to prevent uptalk
  3. Identify each element of the "Leadership Communication Matrix"
  4. Implement the "Elevator pitch" and "Project update" formulas in less than 2 minutes each
  5. Understand and demonstrate framework for navigating Bullies and Interrupters in meetings

By the end of this course, the learner will be able to:

  1. Understand and apply the "alignment matrix" for preparation of a meeting
  2. Use the 7-Step Introduction Formula to address the 4 "thinking styles" in the beginning of a meeting 
  3. Demonstrate "Production Language" to keep meeting on track
  4. Apply the "Project update formula" for concise updates (in 1-2 minutes)
  5. Implement 2 facilitation techniques to focus "over-talkers" and engage "under-talkers"
  6. Apply "Closing Formula" to end meetings with clear actions

By the end of this course, the learner will be able to:

  1. Identify 4 foundational prerequisites to optimize the physical virtual environment
  2. Apply 2 connection principles and at least 2 engagement techniques for virtual meetings
  3. Understand each element of the SEED framework and apply the framework to your presentation content (in under 3 minutes)
  4. Identify how the "Inner critic" impacts participation style
  5. Use the "Softening" technique to handle disagreement
